Merge branch 'jk/haves-from-alternate-odb'

* jk/haves-from-alternate-odb:
  receive-pack: eliminate duplicate .have refs
  bisect: refactor sha1_array into a generic sha1 list
  refactor refs_from_alternate_cb to allow passing extra data
