	* include/bits/stl_algo.h (remove_if): Cast __pred result to bool.
	(copy_if): Add, per N2666.
	* testsuite/25_algorithms/copy_if/requirements/explicit_instantiation/
	2.cc: New.
	* testsuite/25_algorithms/copy_if/requirements/explicit_instantiation/
	pod.cc: Likewise.
	* testsuite/25_algorithms/headers/algorithm/synopsis.cc: Update.

file: libstdc++-v3/README

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
