gcc's build system has BOOT_CFLAGS and various STAGE<N>_C{,XX}FLAGS variables. BOOT_CXXFLAGS is not handled anywhere. config/ * mh-mingw: Drop assignment of unused BOOT_CXXFLAGS variable.
