	* include/bits/c++config: Do not disable extern templates for string
	in plain parallel-mode and in profile-mode; add comment explaining
	_GLIBCXX_EXTERN_TEMPLATE == -1.
	* testsuite/ext/profile/mutex_extensions.cc: Adjust dg-error line.
