(gomp_thread_pool_reservoir): Add priority member. * confi/rtems/proc.c (allocate_thread_pool_reservoir): Add priority. (parse_thread_pools): Likewise. * team.c (gomp_team_start): Call configuration provided gomp_adjust_thread_attr().
