Thread.java: Declare `data' as Object, not RawData.

	* java/lang/Thread.java: Declare `data' as Object, not RawData.
	* java/lang/natThread.java (initialize_native): Cast `data' to
	jobject.
	* gnu/gcj/RawData.java: Clarify documentation.
