jni.h (_Jv_va_list): Removed.
* include/jni.h (_Jv_va_list): Removed. Moved configuration code... * include/jni_md.h: ... here. New file. * include/Makefile.in: Rebuilt. * include/Makefile.am (tool_include__HEADERS): Added jni_md.h. From-SVN: r98730
