	Remove, use static locals instead.
	(throw_allocator_base::do_check_allocated, print_to_string): Declare.
	* src/throw_allocator.cc: New.
	* src/Makefile.am: Add.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Add exports.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
