testsuite: aarch64: Add fusion tests for FP vml[as] intrinsics

Add compilation tests to make sure that the output of vmla/vmls
floating-point Neon intrinsics (fmul, fadd/fsub) is not fused into
fmla/fmls instructions.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
