* gcc_release: Further update for SVN.  Don't set EXPORTTAG or
	EXPORTDATE; always determine SVNREV the same way.  Correct message
	about what sources are being retrived.  Include branch information
	in LAST_UPDATED.
	* crontab: Don't include initial / in branch name.
