	--enable-version-specific-runtime-libs which installs C++ runtime stuff in
	$(libsubdir); emit definition in each generated Makefile.
	(gxx_include_dir): Initialize depending on $enable_version_specific_runtime_libs.

	instead of the $(INSTALLDIR) make macro.
