[libbacktrace] Add btest_dwz test-case

Add test-case to verify that libbacktrace can read debug info that was
compressed with dwz.

	* configure.ac (DWZ): Set with AC_CHECK_PROG.
	(HAVE_DWZ): Set with AM_CONDITIONAL.
	* configure: Regenerate.

	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
