09a7c72cad Merge from 3.1: Issue #13703: add a way to randomize the hash values of basic types (str, bytes, datetime) 
in order to make algorithmic complexity attacks on (e.g.) web apps much more complicated.

The environment variable PYTHONHASHSEED and the new command line flag -R control this
behavior.

11942a58a1 Issue #7111: Python can now be run without a stdin, stdout or stderr stream. 
It was already the case with Python 2.  However, the corresponding
sys module entries are now set to None (instead of an unusable file object).

d7c8fbf89e Issue #13444: When stdout has been closed explicitly, we should not attempt to flush it at shutdown and print an error. 
This also adds a test for issue #5319, whose resolution introduced the issue.

a233df885b Issue #13156: _PyGILState_Reinit(): Re-associate the auto thread state with the 
TLS key only if the thread that called fork() had an associated auto thread
state (this might not be the case for example for a thread created outside of
Python calling into a subinterpreter).

53ffdc53bf Issue #7732: Don't open a directory as a file anymore while importing a 
module. Ignore the direcotry if its name matchs the module name (e.g.
"__init__.py") and raise a ImportError instead.

1619132e5d Fix the import machinery if there is an error on sys.path or sys.meta_path 
find_module() now raises a RuntimeError, instead of ImportError, on an error on
sys.path or sys.meta_path because load_package() and import_submodule() returns
None and clear the exception if a ImportError occurred.

ac91341333 never retain a generator's caller's exception state on the generator after a yield/return 
This requires some trickery to properly save the exception state if the
generator creates its own exception state.

83195c3f0c restore a generator's caller's exception state both on yield and (last) return 
This prevents generator exception state from leaking into the caller.
