b98b927e72 _pickle: remove outdated comment
_Pickle_FastCall() is now fast again!

The optimization was introduced in Python 3.2, removed in Python 3.4 and
reintroduced in Python 3.6 (thanks to the new generic fastcall functions).

6afe85827c Issue #21718: cursor.description is now available for queries using CTEs
According to PEP 249, cursor.description must be
available for any SELECT statements, such as those
that use CTEs.

8682f578c1 Issue #27782: Fix m_methods handling in multiphase init
Multi-phase extension module import now correctly allows the
``m_methods`` field to be used to add module level functions
to instances of non-module types returned from ``Py_create_mod``.

The conflict occurs with Min GW, which already defines REPARSE_DATA_BUFFER.
Also, Min GW uses a lowercase <windows.h> filename.

e33797b686 ctypes: fix CThunkObject_new()
* Initialize restype and flags fields to fix a crash when Python runs on a
  read-only file system
* Use Py_ssize_t type rather than int for the "i" iterator variable
* Reorder assignements to be able to more easily check if all fields are
  initialized

fcff437de3 - Comment out socket (SO_REUSEPORT) and posix (O_SHLOCK, O_EXLOCK) constants

6bb91f3b6e Issue #20699: Document that “io” methods accept bytes-like objects
This matches the usage of ZipFile and BufferedWriter. This still requires
return values to be bytes() objects.

Also document and test that the write() methods should only access their
argument before they return.
