coreutils/lib/memcasecmp.c
Jim Meyering fd3e041f5b Use #if' instead of #ifdef' for `HAVE_CONFIG_H'.
Capitalize all macro parameters.
(memcasecmp): Ansideclify.
Don't cast away `const'ness of parameters.
Suggestions from François Pinard.
