Shyam Saini a480976d16 configs/radxa_rock_pi4: new defconfig
This initial support includes:
        Linux 5.1
        Custom U-Boot
        Arm Trusted Firmware v2.0
        Buildroot default packages

Build
=====

Run Rock Pi 4 configuration

  $ make radxa_rock_pi4_defconfig

To build, run make comamnd.

  $ make
