It's time to finally switch over globally to the new spacing format
that we have agreed on for the hash file, with 2 spaces as a separator
between fields.

Similar to jquery-keyboard, it seems the erlang-goldrush tarball on the
autobuilder is corrupt. Fix it by adding a .hash file so it falls back to our
s.b.o mirror.
