It's time to finally switch over globally to the new spacing format
that we have agreed on for the hash file, with 2 spaces as a separator
between fields.

If gobject-introspection is selected, add the gobject-introspection package to
the dependency list and set the conf opt --enable-introspection.

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of package Config.in file, related to the formatting of the help
text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.
