Note: the Marvell Armada Devicetree files have been moved out of
edk2-platforms by commit 4b53da6b12a8 ("Marvell/Armada7k8k: Remove device
tree sources from edk2-platforms") and they are now in edk2-non-osi.

The edk2-platforms project is licensed under the BSD-2-Clause license with
a patent grant, as per commit ae604e4ffe8f ("edk2-platforms: Change
License.txt from 2-Clause BSD to BSD+Patent").
There is a BSD-2-Clause-Patent SPDX license identifier[1] for this case,
therefore refine the edk2-platforms package to use this more specific
identifier.

There are currently three issues with the installation step:
1. it does not ensure the parent destination directory exists before
copying into it, so if /usr/share has not been created in the
dependency chain of edk2-platforms, the installation fails, which
may very well happen easily as edk2-plaforms has nothing in its
dependency chain (except the toolchain et al.);
2. all our dot-stampfiles and .files-list are also copied, as well as
the Readme, license files, and maintainers file. All of those are
useless on the target (and the .files-list introduce
non-reproduciiblity);
3. of a lesser importance, the construct to install, and specifically
to reinstall, does not match what we usually do in Buildroot
(removal of the directory to copy).
We fix all three in one fell swoop:
1. create the destination directory if needed;
2. copy just the directories with the actual platform descriptions

EDK2 firmware is usually built from two sources; the core EDK2
environment, and additional platform description files maintained
separately. This package adds the latter set of description files to
staging so that the core EDK2 package can build with these for certain
platforms during the building process.
