It's time to finally switch over globally to the new spacing format
that we have agreed on for the hash file, with 2 spaces as a separator
between fields.
This commit was mechanically generated using:

Now that we do not override the automagic handling of include
directories witbh aclocal, the missing m4 directories will be
automatically created by aclocal itself.
So we can drop of hooks.

Add support for atest application, which is useful for testing
alsa kernel drivers and detecting if playback/capture work correct
without artifacts, such as channel swap.
