The cgit URL is a mirror of the gitlab repository.
The README.md file of the kmscube project also points
to the gitlab repository, so switch the URL accordingly.

is mirrored from https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/kmscube, so
switch to the gitlab one.
The other advantage of using the gitlab repository is that it can handle
archive downloads, so switch to it.

Building kmscube for mips64el leads to the following build error:

Since kmscube upstream commit a2dc60cf05b704 ("Add m4/.gitignore")
there is no need to manually create the m4 directory anymore, so
simply remove KMSCUBE_POST_PATCH_HOOKS.

so change it to the new location.
With the newest code the local patch for adding imx-drm support
is no longer needed.
Also, on imx6q we need to explicitily pass the card device now:
