mirrors: don't put atmel mirrors in seperate menu

Browse Source 
Show Atmel mirrors together with the other mirrors, instead of hiding
them in yet another sub-menu.

At the same time, add an empty line before the Atmel include as noticed
by Hartley Sweeten.
