la_symbol_name_compare.
* symfile.h (struct quick_symbol_functions): Update the profile

* ada-lang.c (ada_name_for_lookup): New function, extracted out
from ada_iterate_over_symbols.
(ada_iterate_over_symbols): Do not encode symbol name anymore.
