* stack.c (frame_info): Delete DEPRECATED_PRINT_EXTRA_FRAME_INFO
	call.  Never defined.
	* sparc-tdep.h (struct frame_info): Add opaque declaration.
	* sparc64-tdep.h (struct gdbarch): Add opaque declaration.
	(struct sparc_gregset, struct regcache): Ditto.
	* sparc-nat.c: Update copyright.  Specify "GNU/Linux".
