New support for sh64-elf (sh5) target.

        * configure.tgt: For sh64-elf target, default to sh-elf.

        * config/sh/tm-sh.h (enum sh-abi): Possible ABI's.
        (struct gdbarch_tdep): Add new fields for new registers and ABI
        info.

        * sh-tdep.c: Include elf-bfd.h, elf/sh.h, gdb/sim-sh.h.
