* configure.in (vax-*-ultrix2*):  Add Ultrix 2.2 triplet.
	* config.guess:  Change 'VAX*:ULTRIX:*:*' to 'VAX*:ULTRIX*:*:*'.
	* config/mh-vaxult2:  New file.
