* Makefile.in: Add gdb-dlfcn.c and gdb-dlfcn.h to build system.
	* config.in: Add new #define HAVE_LIBDL.
	* configure.ac: Add check for -ldl.
	* configure: Re-generated by autoconf.
	* gdb-dlfcn.c: New file.
	* gdb-dlfcn.h: New file.
