	(dlang_parse_arrayliteral, dlang_parse_assocarray),
	(dlang_parse_structlit, dlang_parse_tuple),
	(dlang_template_symbol_param, dlang_template_args): Use
	unsigned long variables.
	* testsuite/d-demangle-expected: Add new tests.
