	* gdb.base/chng-syms.exp: Ditto.
	* gdb.base/default.exp: Ditto.
	* gdb.base/funcargs.exp (funcargs_reload): Delete.
	(top level): Don't call it.
	* gdb.base/opaque.exp: Remove mips-idt restarts.
	* gdb.base/ptype.exp: Remove mips-idt xfails.
	* gdb.base/scope.exp: Remove mips-idt restarts.
	* gdb.base/sepdebug.exp: Remove mips-idt references.
	* gdb.base/watchpoint.exp (maybe_clean_restart)
	(maybe_reinitialize): Delete.
	(test_disabling_watchpoints, test_disabling_watchpoints)
	(test_watchpoint_triggered_in_syscall)
	(test_watchpoint_and_breakpoint, test_inaccessible_watchpoint):
	Don't call them.
