Alan Modra 3dfb1b6d34 Remove bfd_stdint.h
If we require C99 for binutils then stdint.h is available.

	* .gitignore: Delete bfd_stdint.h entry.
	* Makefile.am (bfdinclude_HEADERS): Delete bfd_stdint.h.
	(BUILD_HFILES, LOCAL_H_DEPS): Likewise.
	* bfd-in.h: Include stdint.h in place of bfd_stdint.h.
	* configure.ac: Don't invoke GCC_HEADER_STDINT.
	* configure.com: Don't create bfd_stdint.h.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
