	(mips_elf_finish_dynamic_sections): Correct off-by-one error
	setting DT_MIPS_UNREFEXTNO.  Adjust setting of DT_MIPS_GOTSYM for
	change to global_gotsym.  Set DT_MIPS_OPTIONS on IRIX6.
