28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

	(sh_gdbarch_init): Don't set sh_show_regs.
	(_initialize_sh_tdep): Make the 'regs' command an deprecated alias to
	'info all-registers'.
	* sh64-tdep.c (sh64_show_media_regs, sh64_show_compact_regs)
	(sh64_show_regs): Remove functions.
	* sh64-tdep.h (sh64_show_regs): Remove function declaration.

gdb/doc/
	* gdb.texinfo: Document the deprecation of SH's 'regs' command.

Fix -Wmissing-prototypes build.
	* Makefile.in (HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Add sh64-tdep.h.
	* sh-tdep.c: Include sh64-tdep.h.
	* sh-tdep.h (sh64_gdbarch_init, sh64_show_regs): Remove declarations.
	* sh64-tdep.c: Include sh64-tdep.h.
	* sh64-tdep.h: New file.
