ea1e4b0d54 * elf64-ppc.c (ppc64_elf_copy_indirect_symbol): Don't copy is_func 
and is_func_descriptor.
	(func_desc_adjust): Hide function code sym in shared libs unless

0a3d042596 * macrotab.c (check_for_redefinition): Don't complain if the new 
definition is the same as the previous one.  Take more arguments
to allow the comparison.
(macro_define_object, macro_define_function): Pass more arguments
to check_for_redefinition.

        Don't bail if return_pc is PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY.
        Add a temp variable to save a call (and a memory read).
        (d10v_init_extra_frame_info): Get fi->pc from callee's return_pc
        if possible (so that PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY will work).
