2e618c13af * bcache.c (bcache_data): Call deprecated_bcache_added function. 
(deprecated_bcache_added): New function name. Body of function
	bcache_data is used here with the addition of 'added' argument.

	work from add_psymbol_to_list - initialises partial symbol and stashes
	it in objfile's cache.

	(add_psymbol_to_list): Call helper functions instead of doing work

original set of address arguments, instead of handwritten code
that uses one length to allocate and a different length to
initialize.  Use make_cleanup_free_section_addr_info.

7904e09f8f * symfile.c (symbol_file_add_with_addrs_or_offsets): New function, 
like the old symbol_file_add, but taking new arguments: you can
now pass in either a `struct section_addr_info' list to say where
each section is loaded, or a `struct section_offsets' table.  Pass
these new arguments through to syms_from_objfile as appropriate.
(symbol_file_add): Just call symbol_file_add_with_addrs_or_offsets,
with the appropriate quiescent values for the new arguments.

in them yet.

* buildsym.h (pending_macros): New global variable.
* buildsym.c: #include "macrotab.h".
(buildsym_init): Initialize `pending_macros'.
(end_symtab): If we found macro information while reading a CU's
debugging info, do build a symtab structure for it.  Make the
symtab point to the macro information, and clear the
`pending_macros' pointer which held it while we were reading the
debug info.
(really_free_pendings): Free any pending macro table.
* objfiles.h (struct objfile): New member: `macro_cache'.
* objfiles.c (allocate_objfile): Set allocate and free functions
for the macro cache's objstack.
(free_objfile): Empty the macro cache's obstack.
* symfile.c (reread_symbols): Empty the macro cache's obstack, and

3973eaddf4 Isolate STABS readers' use of the textlow' and texthigh' fields 
of `struct partial_symtab' to only a few locations.  This change
is not supposed to affect the way the values are computed, only
where they live.

* dbxread.c (struct symloc): Add `textlow' and `texthigh' fields
to the reader-specific structure.
* mdebugread.c (struct symloc): Same.
* dbxread.c (TEXTLOW, TEXTHIGH): New accessor macros.
* mdebugread.c (TEXTLOW, TEXTHIGH): Same.
* dbxread.c (dbx_symfile_read): After we've built all our partial
symbol tables, set each partial symtab's `textlow' and `texthigh'
fields from our reader-specific structure.

Fix double parsing of filenames passed as command line arguments
        to GDB (causes weird handling of escape characters).
        Also, remove dependencies on the CLI from libgdb.

        Add declarations for exec_open() and exec_file_clear().
        * symfile.h: Add declarations for symbol_file_add_main() and
        symbol_file_clear().
        * exec.c (exec_open): New function. Implements to_open for exec
        targets.
        (exec_file_clear): New function. Makes GDB forget about a previously
        specified executable file.
        (exec_file_attach): Move parsing of arguments from here ...
        (exec_file_command): ... to here.
        (init_exec_ops): Use exec_open(), not exec_file_command() to
        implement to_open for exec targets.
        * symfile.c (symbol_file_add_main): New function. Call symbol_file_add()        with default values.  Used when the file name has already been parsed.
