(struct coff_tdata): Remove unused fields index_slew, raw_linenos,
	and flags.
	* libcoff.h: Rebuilt.
	* coffcode.h (coff_mkobject): Don't initialize raw_linenos.
	(coff_mkobject_hook): Don't initialize flags.
