Add sysroot-prefix ld linker tests.

* ld-scripts/sysroot-prefix.exp, ld-scripts/sysroot-prefix-x.s,
	ld-scripts/sysroot-prefix-y.s: New files.

N.B: full coverage is only possible with complementary use of
--with-sysroot when configuring.
