(print_symbol_filename_{bsd,sysv,posix}): New functions.
(formats): Add an element for a pointer to them.
(print_symbols): Call it.
(print_object_filename_posix, print_archive_member_posix): Produce
output according to new POSIX.2 spec.
* strings.c (print_strings): Handle STREAM being NULL.
(strings_a_section): Pass a NULL.
(main): Don't open /dev/null.
