* valops.c (PUSH_ARGUMENTS): Delete definition.

* gdbarch.sh (PUSH_ARGUMENTS): Don't require when multi-arch
partial.  Default to default_push_arguments.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Regenerate.
