* src-release (do-proto-toplev): Process the support directories before

	* Makefile.am (bfdver.h): Do not generate doc/bfdver.texi.
	* doc/Makefile.am (DOCFILES): Add bfdver.texi.
	(bfdver.texi): New rule.
	* Makefile.in, doc/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
