	* remote-udi.c (udi_wait): Change UDIGdb_StdoutReady back to
	UDIStdoutReady.  It accidentally got changed on 24 Oct 93 when
	stdout was changed to gdb_stdout.  Likewise for UDIGetStdout,
	UDIStderrReady, and UDIGetStderr.
