* emul_unix.c (HAVE_TCGETATTR): If HAVE_TERMIOS_STRUCTURE is not
defined, make sure HAVE_TCGETATTR is #undef'ed
* std-config.h (REGPARM): Only define REGPARM attributes if using
GNU C. Test for __i686__ in case GCC ever defines it. If not on
a x86 platform, define REGPARM as nothing.
