gdb: LoongArch: Remove use of gdbarch_remove_non_address_bits hook
LoongArch doesn't implement the hook gdbarch_remove_non_address_bits, so there is no need to use the hook in gdb/loongarch-linux-nat.c. Approved-By: Luis Machado <luis.machado@arm.com>
