macros.
* configure.in (prsysent_t, pr_sigset_t, pr_sigaction64_t,
pr_siginfo64_t): Test for these typedefs in <sys/procfs.h>.
(sys/fault.h, sys/select.h): Test for presence of these
header files.
(ia64-*-aix*): Define NEW_PROC_API for this host.
* configure: Regenerate.
* config.in: Regenerate.
* configure.host (ia64-*-aix*): New host.
* configure.tgt (ia64-*-aix*): New target.
