* mipsbig.sh: New file.  Big endian MIPS emulation.
	* config/mips-big.mt: New file.  Use mipsbig emulation.
	* configure.in (mips-sgi-irix*): Use target mips-big.
	* Makefile.in (ALL_EMULATIONS): Added em_mipsbig.o.
	(em_mipsbig.c): New target.  Uses mipsbig.sh.
