Andrea Parri (Microsoft) b91eaf7267 Drivers: hv: vmbus: Introduce {lock,unlock}_requestor()
To abtract the lock and unlock operations on the requestor spin lock.
The helpers will come in handy in hv_pci.

No functional change.
