Gustavo Padovan 35538d7822 dma-buf/sw_sync: de-stage SW_SYNC
SW_SYNC allows to run tests on the sync_file framework via debugfs on

<debugfs>/sync/sw_sync

Opening and closing the file triggers creation and release of a sync
timeline. To create fences on this timeline the SW_SYNC_IOC_CREATE_FENCE
ioctl should be used. To increment the timeline value use SW_SYNC_IOC_INC.

Also it exports Sync information on

<debugfs>/sync/info

The Sync File Framework adds explicit syncronization via
userspace. It enables send/receive 'struct fence' objects to/from
userspace via Sync File fds for synchronization between drivers via
userspace components. It has been ported from Android.
The first and main user for this is graphics in which a fence is
associated with a buffer. When a job is submitted to the GPU a fence
is attached to the buffer and is transferred via userspace, using Sync
Files fds, to the DRM driver for example. More details at
Documentation/sync_file.txt.
