Guoqing Jiang 0525265e43 scsi: libsas: Drop BLK_DEV_BSGLIB selection
SCSI_SAS_ATTRS already selects BLK_DEV_BSGLIB in drivers/scsi/Kconfig.
Remove selection in libsas/Kconfig.
