We extend the KVM ISA extension ONE_REG interface to allow KVM user space to detect and enable vector crypto extensions for Guest/VM. This includes extensions Zvbb, Zvbc, Zvkb, Zvkg, Zvkned, Zvknha, Zvknhb, Zvksed, Zvksh, and Zvkt.
