Moving the HWMON code from DSA into the PHY makes the sensor available in discrete PHYs, and removes the layering violation, the switch driver poking around in PHY registers. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
