Marc Gonzalez ccd63ce471 clocksource/drivers/tango_xtal: Add new timer for Tango SoCs
Sigma Designs Tango platforms provide a 27 MHz crystal oscillator.
Use it for clocksource, sched_clock, and delay_timer.
